Position Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide exceptional service
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Prepare repair orders and estimates
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
Follow up on repair progress and keep customers informed
Handle invoicing, scheduling, and customer satisfaction
Maintain professionalism and build long-term customer relationships
Qualifications:
Previous automotive service advisor or repair shop experience preferred
Strong sales and customer service skills
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Proficiency with shop management software is a plus
Valid driver’s license
